Today saw a visit to a firm favourite with our family. Brighton. We are lucky to be around an hours drive away from here and visit often. When we do we like to take in the cool vibes, the amazing places to eat, the pier and the beach, and of course the quirky independently owned shops full of treasures. This obviously includes CRYSTAL SHOPS! We have 2 boys and they automatically know when I am heading in this general direction as it is a given, but I still get “not more crystals Mum”. As you will discover, I am a firm believer in the fact you can NEVER have too many crystals. It is simply not possible.

I went into one of my favourite places and this beauty called to me almost immediately. This is my new Lemurian Quartz. These beautiful pieces are said to store ancient knowledge from the lost civilisation of Lemuria. They are high vibrational crystals and they are easily recognisable from the horizontal ladder like striations, or “barcodes” which is said to hold said knowledge. By running a finger or thumb along these lines during meditation, you are on your way to accessing this information. Lemurian Quartz are said to be a bridge to the higher realms.

I intend to work with this beauty during meditations and also during healings. Crystals can be used for many purposes, and the one important thing is the energetic hygiene. I will discuss this in future blogs to outline the why and the how.

For now I am going to cleanse this beaty in one of my Amethyst cathedrals.
