Brighton is a family favourite with us. One of our go to places. Always had been. We love the vibe, the beach, pier, restaurants, Laines and oh yes. The Crystal Shops. Much to our children’s dismay I may add. As we head in the very well known direction I get a groan and hear “really, more crystals Mum…….?”.

I am fully aware that I am super lucky and have access to crystals. Lots of them. But as we all know each and every piece is different.

Could be the same ‘flavour’, but they all hit that little bit differently. So, I have come home with a BEAUTIFUL Lumerian Quartz.

I am OBSESSED with the Quartz world. Clear Quartz is known as the Master Healer and can also help to amplify the Crystals it may be working with. Clear Quartz come in many different varieties and each variety will hold different and unique energies.

Lemurian Quartz have horizontal ladder like striations and it is said that these hold lost ancient spiritual knowledge linked to the lost mythical world of Lemuria. How beautiful and amazing does that sound!

This particular piece I have adopted has smaller pieces growing along the main point. This is known as an ‘Inner Child’ formation and is said to aid with emotional healing of our inner child.

I am now off to cleanse this beautiful piece in preparation for this evenings meditation. I am popping this one in one of my Amethyst cathedrals.

I am looking forward to this evenings self Reiki and meditation with my new friend. Working with a newly adopted crystal is always a treat and something that I always look forward to.
